YAPPie Place - Yet Another Pizza Pie Place
If I have given you the impression I like to cook, that is good, because I do like to cook. This is pizza III in my current pizza pie cooking kick. This, in my opinion, is my best pizza effort EVER.
BTW, I consider YAPPie Place and similar derivations (e.g. Yappie’s Place) as my intellectual property.
I have always had the notion of opening up a restaurant and I am thinking a pizza place would be ideal for me. The crust on this pizza is so so so good and the rest of the ingredients (sausage, pepperoni, onion, a mix of cheeses, and a mix of green & yellow peppers ) also come through in a nice symphony. Next pie I will get some mushroom and olives on there!
The only thing missing was a glass of petite syrah, Cabernet, or Zinfandel, however all of my wines in stock are 750 mL bottles I want to save for more upscale events. Its time to pick up a big bottle of cheap cab!
Anyway, I think I could get this pizza place to take. The location were we are moving to is near a booming bedroom community and while it has a pizza place I think that place is more teen/family oriented. Nothing wrong with that, but I am thinking of a nice restaurant serving pizzas in a more upscale/adult atmosphere. Maybe make the pies smaller and as part of a complete dinner. Typically pizza places offer a pizza pie. How about a soup or a salad?
Oh well, other things to do right now!
